Alainey with her little friend Elisa

Our little Kitty

Look at our trick-or-treaters!
Lets go get some candy!
These two were so fun to watch on Halloween. Brecken had talked for weeks about being "zorro" for Halloween and riding around on his black horse to save people. But then a few days before Halloween we were browsing the costumes on Target's website and he spotted the power rangers costumes. He quickly changed his mind about zorro and informed me that he wanted to be a power ranger. Well, I certainly don't have the sewing capabilities to make an official power ranger costume so I told him we could just go take a look at Target and see what they have left. Much to my surprise, when we got back to the halloween clearance section in Target there was this blue power ranger costume hanging on the rack....and it was just his size. How lucky are we! Brecken really wanted Haylee to be a purple power ranger with him but Haylee was dead set on being Sheriff Woody. She also had a really cute Barbie Fairy Princess outfit to choose from but I think she opted for Woody because she loves wearing her cowgirl hat! Anyway, they started out walking from house to house but by the end they were running. Layne and I had to be on our toes to keep up!

They look so cute! I love Haylee in the cowgirl hat. I just found out that we have a connected friend. Do you remember Matt Hamlin from Cedar? He married Erin Kelly who I grew up with in CA. Now they live here in St George with their 3 kiddos and we hang out with them as much as having a bunch of little kids allows. Small world!

I am so excited for when I have kids old enough to "get" Halloween. It has always been one of my favorite holidays and hearing about how cute your little kids were this year makes me want big kids even more! Still... it will be fun to buy a costume for a baby next year. :) You are a good mommy! And how lucky that you got the blue power range costume!
